Paradise Solution CSR

Gabor Poloskei, co-founder and COO of Paradise Solution has taken part on a round-table discussion on the XIXth Annual Meeting of CEOs, where the topic was some of the problems of Hungarian everyday people. The main discussion topic was the problems with offering 1% of taxes (inHungary, citizens may offer 1% of their taxes to a non-profit or charity organization when they file at the end of the tax year.) The decreasing tendency of these offerings and the lack of trust that is more and more characteristic when giving donations. During the discussion, observers could also offer their opinions together with the participants, this way gathering valuable information.
We believe, that it is important not only to talk about CSR, but also act accordingly. We had the chance to do something together with Csodalampa (Magic Lamp) Foundation. This Foundation tries to help and bring some joy in the life of seriously ill children: to find people or organizations that would make some of their dreams come true. This is how we were able to help as well: we could bring a smile to the face of Gyoparka, a five-year-old little girl from Csikszentdomonkos by giving her a portable DVD player, that was presented to her by Gabor Poloskei, our COO. The feeling, that the little girl could be happy about her wish come true, and maybe even forget about her illness for a short moment, drove us to try to help more: we are planning to cooperate more in donations for more smiles in the future.
