The task:
- Coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the work of our operators
- Active participation in the recruitment and training of our operators
- Initiation of projects, analysis of their results, statistics making
- Preparation of assessments, reports
- Daily administration, attendance registers, assignments

Requirements:
